There are many lawsuits being filed, pending or being settled these days in the world of entertainment. The Weinsteins are suing Relativity, the Warner Bros. / Alan Ladd Jr. suit is settled, and Dr. Dre wins judgment against Death Row Records based on a 15 year old contract.

But being the child of the 70’s and 80’s that I am, none of it sent a chill down my spine until I heard about the suit filed by several actors of the classic sitcom HAPPY DAYS against CBS and Paramount for unpaid income resulting from home video releases and licensing merchandise.
